A complete reservation system with visual table management, zones, and capacity control.

What can your customers do?

• Select party size with quick-pick options (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10)
• Browse an interactive calendar with available dates highlighted in green
• Choose a time slot based on date and party size availability
• Indicate zone preference (terrace, bar, VIP, etc.) with a warning if no capacity
• Report allergies or dietary restrictions
• Add special notes for the venue
• Auto-filled details if they already have an account

What can you do as an admin?

• Interactive floor plan: drag-and-drop visual editor on a canvas where you place, rotate, and resize each table
• Zones and floors: create zones (Bar, Terrace, VIP, Main Hall) across multiple floors
• Table shapes: round, square, or rectangle, with min and max capacity
• Auto table assignment: the system selects the optimal table based on party size and preferred zone
• Manual assignment: assign tables yourself from the dashboard
• Full configuration:
  • Weekly schedule per day (enabled/disabled, start and end time)
  • Slot interval (15, 30, or 60 minutes)
  • Table occupation duration (default 90 min)
  • Max reservations per slot
  • Max guests per slot
  • Max party size
  • Minimum advance time (e.g., 2 hours before)
  • Maximum advance time (e.g., up to 30 days)
• Status management: Pending → Confirmed → Completed / No-show / Canceled
• Analytics: occupancy by zone, peak hours, party size distribution, no-show and cancellation rates

An appointment scheduling system with services, professionals, and individual schedules.

What can your customers do?

• Choose a service (haircut, shave, treatment, etc.) with visible duration and price
• Select a specific professional or “any available”
• Browse a calendar with available dates and time slots in real time based on the professional’s availability
• Auto-filled details if they already have an account
• 15-minute hold: the time slot is temporarily reserved while they confirm, preventing double bookings
• View and cancel their appointments from “My Appointments”

What can you do as an admin?

• Service management: name, description, duration in minutes, price, image, concurrent capacity, and buffer time before/after
• Team management: professionals with name, email, specialties (which services they can perform), and profile photo
• Staff sync: import professionals directly from your system’s user accounts
• Per-professional schedules: configure weekly availability per day with breaks and date-specific exceptions
• Daily agenda view: all appointments for the day with stats (total, confirmed, on hold, completed)
• Customer card: hover to see loyalty points, level, visits, and contact info
• Status management: Hold → Confirmed → Completed / No-show / Canceled
• Analytics: most booked services, most requested professionals, cancellation rate, and activity by date
