The heart of FIDELYA: a visual, powerful, gamified loyalty platform that turns every visit into an opportunity to connect with your customers and reward their loyalty.
🔄 How does it work?
Whenever a customer visits your venue, they can scan their QR code from their phone (or be scanned by a staff member) to accumulate:
- ✅ 1 visit
- ⭐ Configurable points per visit (you choose how many)
These points are stored in their profile and can be redeemed for rewards, which you configure by level.
🏆 User Levels
You define:
- How many visits each level requires
- Which rewards are available at each level
- Which unique benefits each level offers (discounts, exclusive access, etc.)
Example:

🎯 Customizable Rewards
Admins can create rewards with:
- Image, name, and description
- Point cost
- Level availability
- Visual perks, physical products, or digital benefits
🧾 Redemption & Control
When a customer wants to redeem, they simply show their QR:
- A staff member or admin scans it
- The system validates points and level
- Points are deducted automatically
- The reward is marked as redeemed
📲 How is the QR scanned?
Two options:
1. Manually from the FIDELYA app
A staff member or admin uses their account to scan the customer’s QR from any device.
2. Using a physical QR reader
You can connect a USB auto QR reader at your counter or service point.
